BEASTLY THEORIES - is a low tech, low key, low brow endeavour, hosted by author of Beasts of Britain & Beasts of the World book series - Andy McGrath, as an attempt to discuss the highs and lows of paranormal research and obsession. Although ’podcast’ in name, the ’show’ is more of an exercise in nepotism, as Andy seeks conversation with those embroiled in the subject he is chiefly interested in, and determines to avail himself (and you) of the prize of knowledge that lies inside their brawny brains.

Beastly Theories (Episode 6) She Squatchers - Remote Watchers!

Saturday Mar 02, 2019
Today’s guests are the wonderful Jen Kruse & Jena Grover from the SHE-Squatchers, these moresome awesomes, are the Midwest's first all-female team searching for Bigfoot. Their quest is to gather information, obtain credible evidence of Bigfoot & ultimately establish contact & peaceful interaction. Their team consists of a Missing person’s psychic medium, an animal communicator and remote viewer, a department of natural resources professional and Native Americans.
I really loved our chat and found their theories and methodology to be original, challenging and inspired!
The She-Squatchers are located primarily in Minnesota and North Dakota, they investigate Bigfoot sightings in the American Midwest.

Deborah Hatswell is a Bigfoot researcher, head of the BBR (British Bigfoot Research Group) and the compiler and creator of the British Bigfoot Map.
She had her own Bigfoot encounter in Salford, Manchester, in the 1980s and has since worked tirelessly to discover evidence of Bigfoot in Britain. She has since become a beacon for witnesses of this phenomena to retell their encounters and often occupies the role of counselor, in providing validation and explanation to witnesses who often feel traumatised by their experience and the isolation and silence that often follows such an encounter.

Beastly Theories (Episode 2) Profane Professor - Jeff Meldrum
Wednesday Feb 13, 2019
Wednesday Feb 13, 2019
In Episode 2, I get to talk to Professor Jeff Meldrum, a Professor of Anatomy and Anthropology and a Professor of the Department of Anthropology at Idaho State University. Jeff is an expert on foot morphology and locomotion in primates and first became enamored with the study of Bigfoot after discovering 15-inch bipedal footprints whilst hiking in the Walla Walla, Washington. Initially thinking that they were a hoax, he couldn't fail to notice, locked joints and a narrow arch — traits he came to believe could only belong to Bigfoot. As a tenured professor, he is no stranger to controversy and opposition and I really enjoyed getting to pick his big brain, in this off the cuff chat. I hope you enjoy the show!
