BEASTLY THEORIES - is a low tech, low key, low brow endeavour, hosted by author of Beasts of Britain & Beasts of the World book series - Andy McGrath, as an attempt to discuss the highs and lows of paranormal research and obsession. Although ’podcast’ in name, the ’show’ is more of an exercise in nepotism, as Andy seeks conversation with those embroiled in the subject he is chiefly interested in, and determines to avail himself (and you) of the prize of knowledge that lies inside their brawny brains.

Dennis Swift pastors the Church of All Nations, Portland Oregon and regularly guides group tours of South American archaeological sites. Dennis received his B.A. and M.Div. from Point Loma Nazarene University and his Th.D. from the University of South Africa. He pursued Indian studies at the University of New Mexico and Western New Mexico University. Dennis has pursued archaeological work in Peru, Bolivia, Mexico, Cambodia Turkmenistan, Israel, and the American Southwest and has travelled extensively in Peru. In particular, his investigations of the Ica Stones, The Acambaro figures and the Nazca lines, are intriguing and I really enjoyed my chat with this well-travelled and engaging encyclopaedia of the forgotten past.

I really enjoy your podcasts. How you interviewed this arrogant old fool for 45 minutes is beyond me. It was less of an interview and rather him yelling over the top of you. I appreciate your skill in bringing it back on track. Thumbs up for you my friend.
